Keedian, the intelligent operating system for multi-site success, today announced the appointment of Trisha LeCompte as Director of Growth & Client Delivery, supporting the company’s continued expansion across facilities, operations, and energy management.
LeCompte joins Keedian at a time of accelerating momentum, as the company continues to scale its ability to deliver measurable outcomes for multi-site organizations through connected systems, data, and workflows.
With more than 15 years of experience in implementation, client delivery, and strategic partnerships, LeCompte brings a strong operational foundation and a proven ability to drive results across complex, multi-site environments.
Prior to joining Keedian, she held multiple leadership roles at Phoenix Energy Technologies, where she progressed from Sales Operations Manager to Strategic Alliance Manager, Manager of Implementations, and most recently Director of Implementation. Throughout her tenure, she led cross-functional initiatives focused on client onboarding, change management, and long-term customer success.
